Return & Refund
Here's how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Order Confirmation:
When you place an order, AMEDS sends you an email that confirms your order. You'll receive another email within 24 hours to let you know that we’re processing your order and it’ll be shipped soon. If there’s a payment issue, we’ll inform you via email.
2. Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is confirmed, we usually dispatch it on the same day. Once it's shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your package. This email will also include a contact option if you prefer to track your order over the phone. You can choose to have your order delivered to either your home or work address.
3. APO and PO Box Deliveries:
We can ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes, as long as those options are available during the checkout process. Just set your primary address accordingly.
4. Customs:
Since AMEDS operates from offshore India, all orders are considered imports. Sometimes, your package may get held up at customs, which can cause delays ranging from a few days in rare situations.
5. Delivery Times:
We typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours after they’re placed. How long it takes to get to you depends on the courier. If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of placing it, please reach out to us at help@ameds.org
6. Lost Order Reshipments:
If your order gets lost, we will reship it or issue a refund. If you notice a delay, please contact customer care within 2 weeks of shipment. We’ll process a reshipment or refund as soon as we’re notified, but any report made after 2 weeks won't be considered.
7. Return and Refund Policy:
If the order you doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll refund you or resend the product based on your preference. You’ll need to wait at least 15 days after placing your order before applying for a refund.
If you have any questions about your order, AMEDS provides phone support for you. Our refund policy applies to everyone as long as the product we receive back is sellable. Just make sure it’s sealed, unused, unopened, and not past its expiration date.
