Return & Refund Policy

At AMeds, we’re committed to providing a safe and reliable pharmacy experience. Here’s how we manage orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds for our valued customers:


1. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from AMeds. Within 24 hours, we’ll send a follow-up email to confirm your order is being processed for dispatch. If there’s any issue with your payment, we’ll notify you promptly via email.


2. Shipping Confirmation
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you prefer to track your order via phone, support options are included in the same email. We offer delivery to both residential and business addresses.


3. APO and PO Box Deliveries
We support shipping to APO and PO Box addresses, provided these options are available during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order.


4. Customs & Import Regulations
As AMeds ships internationally from India, all orders are treated as imports. In rare cases, customs checks may cause minor delays. Most customs-related delays are resolved within a few days.


5. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and courier. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of shipping, please contact us at amedsforyou@gmail.com

6. Lost Orders & Reshipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will either reship your package or issue a full refund—based on your preference. To be eligible, please report the issue within 20 days of the shipment date. Claims beyond this period may not be accepted.


7. Returns & Refunds
If your order does not arrive or you’re unsatisfied, you may request a refund or replacement after 15 days from the date of shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Sealed and unused
• Unopened
• Not expired
• In a sellable condition

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed accordingly. Our return policy applies universally and ensures fair treatment for all customers.
